I never knew of this art. Ayuveda, I wonder if this is something that is legimitate, or if it is something that actually works. Then again, if it does work, I’ll have to do some more research since I would want to be healthier for sure.

Make a paste of crushed garlic and honey. Both have antibacterial qualities and have been used for thousands of years. Leave it on for a while (maybe 1 hour or so) and see the results.

Yes, there are very effective remedies and these are categorized under ‘classical’ Ayurveda medicines. These include oral medications + various oils for local application.

Hi, Is there any actual remedies to cure acne. Many respective names such as Neutrogena and Dove claim to remove acne, but i’ve noticed it adds more spots to my face. What do i do…. Do you have any tested solutions?
